March 2010 Boardmember Pick-of-the-Month

The boardmember pick-of-the-month for March was chosen by boardmember Bree Candiloro.

Bree choose the Santa Cruz Rivers And Parks (SCRAP) cleanup event scheduled for Saturday, March 6th. 

As a Santa Cruz resident, I'm glad to see more events in the North part of the Monterey Bay. This grassroots effort is inspiring.

What: San Lorenzo River cleanup
When: Saturday, March 6th, 2010, 10am - noon.
Where: Meet at the HWY 1 Pedestrian Bridge adjacent to the Ross parking lot. (map)
Bring:  Hat, water, snack and layers!
What will be provided:  gloves, trash buckets, and hand sanitizer
